## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Dutch language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role
-   A valid EU passport or EU citizenship is mandatory
-   A solid command of English (B2 level or above) for internal communication and training purposes
-   Previous experience in Customer Support Services, customer care, or a related client-facing role is highly advantageous
