## Description

**Job Purpose:**

The Market Research Senior Manager at Hyde Park Developments will lead the market research function, providing strategic insights to support decision-making and drive the company’s growth in the real estate sector. This role involves managing and executing comprehensive market research projects, analyzing trends, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead and oversee all aspects of market research activities including designing research methodologies, managing data collection, and analyzing market trends.
-   Develop research briefs and ensure alignment with Hyde Park Developments’ strategic goals.
-   Manage relationships with external research agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality and relevant market insights.
-   Conduct competitive analysis, consumer segmentation, and industry benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
-   Translate complex data and research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leadership.
-   Monitor and report on market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging trends in the real estate industry.
-   Drive innovation in market research approaches, including the use of new technologies and data analytics techniques.
-   Ensure research projects are conducted within budget and timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
-   Mentor and develop the market research team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
-   At least 8-10 years of experience in market research, with a significant portion in the real estate or property development industry.
-   Proven experience in managing market research projects and leading a team.
-   Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
-   Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and tools.
-   Experience working with external agencies and managing multiple research projects simultaneously.
-   Proficiency in market research software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
-   Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop staff.
