We are a growing **healthcare services organization** dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care through a multidisciplinary team of professionals. As our organization continues to expand, we are seeking a skilled **Recruiter with HR support experience** to help scale our workforce while maintaining strong onboarding and compliance standards.

**Position Overview**

This role is primarily focused on **recruiting and talent acquisition**, with light involvement in HR administrative support. The ideal candidate has hands-on recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support onboarding and documentation processes in a regulated healthcare environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Recruiting & Talent Acquisition**

-   Source, screen, and qualify candidates for open roles
-   Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
-   Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
-   Assist with offer coordination and hiring documentation

**HR & Onboarding Support**

-   Support **new hire onboarding**, including paperwork, system access, and coordination with internal stakeholders
-   Manage hiring-related documentation with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy
-   Maintain organized records in ATS and HR systems
-   Assist with compliance-related documentation and tracking

**Nice to Have**

-   Experience with **high-volume or pipeline-based recruiting**
-   Exposure to **healthcare recruiting or HR environments**

-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Comfortable balancing recruiting priorities with light HR administrative tasks
