### **Marketing Assistant**

**Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote  
**Working Hours:** U.S. Central Time

### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a Marketing Assistant to support a fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce and live selling business operating across platforms like TikTok, Amazon, and Whatnot.

This role is focused on helping grow the founder’s personal brand, supporting community growth initiatives, coordinating social media content, and maintaining organized marketing workflows across multiple platforms.

You’ll work closely with the founder and team to support audience growth, content execution, livestream coordination, and customer communication while helping scale a growing Live Seller Community and educational platform.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about digital marketing, creator brands, and online communities.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Personal Brand & Content Coordination**

• Manage and maintain structured content calendars across TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms  
• Coordinate content scheduling and ensure posts are published consistently and on time  
• Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximize visibility and engagement  
• Track engagement and content performance metrics to identify growth opportunities  
• Research content trends, hooks, and topics relevant to audience growth and creator branding

### **Community Growth & Audience Engagement**

• Support growth initiatives for the Live Seller Community and educational platform  
• Help attract and engage new members, creators, and sellers  
• Research potential creators, collaborators, and community opportunities  
• Assist with marketing funnels designed to convert followers into community members  
• Monitor community engagement and identify opportunities to improve participation and retention

### **Customer Communication & Support**

• Respond to customer and community inquiries via chat and email across platforms such as TikTok, Whatnot, and Kajabi  
• Maintain timely, professional, and helpful communication with community members and customers  
• Track recurring questions and support requests to improve workflows and documentation

### **Livestream & Operational Support**

• Assist with scheduling livestream sessions on platforms such as TikTok Live and Whatnot  
• Maintain organized livestream schedules and operational coordination using tools such as Homebase  
• Support logistics and coordination for livestream selling sessions and creator activities

### **Marketing & Administrative Operations**

• Coordinate podcast scheduling and follow-up communication  
• Support inventory and operational tracking related to e-commerce platforms  
• Maintain organized internal records, spreadsheets, and documentation  
• Assist with ongoing marketing initiatives and operational support tasks

### **SOPs & Process Improvement**

• Document recurring workflows and processes into SOPs and checklists  
• Identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and execution  
• Research tools and systems that can help automate repetitive workflows

### **Required Experience & Skills**

• Experience using social media platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or X  
• Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows  
• Basic understanding of content marketing and audience growth  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills  
• Experience working with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel  
• Strong written English communication skills  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment  
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

### **Preferred Experience**

• Experience supporting creators, founders, or personal brands  
• Familiarity with online communities or membership platforms such as Kajabi  
• Experience supporting e-commerce or online selling businesses  
• Familiarity with TikTok Live, Whatnot, or livestream commerce platforms  
• Experience documenting SOPs and operational workflows  
• Exposure to customer support or community engagement environments

### **What a Typical Day Looks Like**

A Marketing Assistant’s day revolves around keeping content, community, and marketing operations organized and moving consistently. You will:  
• Schedule and coordinate social media content across multiple platforms  
• Monitor engagement and assist with community interactions  
• Support livestream scheduling and operational coordination  
• Respond to customer or community inquiries professionally and promptly  
• Update tracking sheets, documentation, and marketing workflows  
• Research trends, creators, and growth opportunities  
• Assist with ongoing marketing and administrative tasks as needed

In short: you help keep the brand visible, organized, and growing across content, community, and operational workflows.
