This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and are eager to relocate to a vibrant and dynamic work environment in Greece.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to Croatian-speaking clients across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general service issues.
-   Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information.
-   Document all customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
-   Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Croatian and English, both spoken and written.
-   Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
-   Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
-   Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace new cultural experiences.
