## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking German-Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts to join our forward-thinking team in Greece. In this vital role, you will ensure that AI-generated content complies with safety and ethical standards, helping to create a secure and trustworthy digital environment. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify risks and implement solutions for responsible AI use.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Evaluate and monitor AI-generated content in German to identify harmful, misleading, or non-compliant material.
-   Ensure GenAI content adherence to trust and safety policies and regulatory requirements.
-   Work collaboratively with AI developers, policy makers, and moderation teams to improve content safety protocols.
-   Develop and execute strategies to maintain high standards of content accuracy and ethical compliance.
-   Analyze trends and prepare reports on content safety matters and emerging risks.
-   Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote responsible AI usage and awareness.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
-   Relevant experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or AI-related fields is highly valued.
-   Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.
-   Understanding of generative AI technologies and their associated challenges is an advantage.
-   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
-   High ethical standards and a commitment to responsible AI deployment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
