## Description

-   **Opportunities:** Full-time, part-time, and PRN (as needed), based on available patient assignments.

-   **Work setting:** In-person care in patients’ homes.

-   **Location:** Augusta, GA, and surrounding service areas; assignment locations vary.

-   **Schedule:** Monday - Thursday: 2**:00 PM – 4 :00 PM**
-   **Approximately 8 hours per week**
-   Qualifications & Skills

-   Active, unrestricted Georgia RN or LPN license

-   **Experience with G Tube feedings is required**
-   Pediatric home health experience preferred
-   Cerebral Pasly, ADL Assistance, experience preferred  
      
    **Pay:** LPN Annual Salary: $65,000–$75,000

Gentle Care Home Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) interested in providing personalized, one-on-one nursing care to children in their homes. Our patient needs and schedules vary, allowing our recruiting team to help identify available cases that may be a good match for your clinical experience and availability.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide one-on-one nursing care according to the patient's plan of care.
-   Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition.
-   Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
-   Provide assigned skilled nursing care, which may include G-tube, tracheostomy, ventilator, and seizure care, according to the patient’s care plan, your scope of practice, and verified competencies.
-   Assist with activities of daily living as appropriate.
-   Complete accurate and timely documentation.

## Requirements

-   Active, unrestricted Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
-   Current CPR certification.
-   Ability to meet required background and health screening requirements.
-   Pediatric or home health experience preferred.
