**The Position**

The **Documentation Officer** is responsible for ensuring that all documentation related to invoicing, procurement, customs clearance, and purchase orders for both stores and technical supplies is **accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements**.

This role is critical in supporting a **timely, accurate, and well-structured vessel invoicing process**, while also contributing to **effective cost control and adherence to statutory and operational regulations**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

·       Review all documents related to invoices and procurement.

·       Verify documents against purchase orders and quotations.

·       Highlight and resolve invoicing discrepancies

·       Ensure accurate filing and documentation for proper records and easy reach to technical officers.

·       Suggest improvements to documentation and workflow process

## Requirements

### **Experience & Qualifications**

·       Minimum **2–3 years**’ experience in marine operations, Documentation, or related accounting field.

·       Knowledge of Logistics and supply chain management

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
