## Description

LaBella Associates is currently sourcing intern candidates for our Interior Design Studio in Rochester, NY with knowledge of design principles and the ability to communicate them as they apply to projects. Intermediate knowledge of all phases of design process.

**Duties:**

-   Help maintain material library and finish binders, and work with sales reps for updates and new product presentations.
-   Work with Sr. Interior Designer and other team members to assist with:
-   Drawing plans, elevations, details, schedules, and specifications.
-   3D modeling, rendering, and animations
-   Preparation of presentation materials and visualizations.
-   Development finish palettes and material presentations.
-   Site verification and inventory.
-   Occasionally attend client meeting and presentations.

## Requirements

-   Currently working towards a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts from a CIDA accredited university in Interior Design. Minimum of 3 years preferred.
-   Have a desire to work with an experienced Interior Design team in a fast-paced environment.
-   Effective communication skills - written and verbal.
-   Ability to understand direction and deliver assignments on time.
-   Intermediate level of organization and time management skills.
-   Software experience: Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $19.00/per hour

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
