Candidates **must** meet **all** of the following to be considered:

**Mandatory Certifications**

-   **SAP SuccessFactors Certification** in:

-   Employee Central
-   Onboarding 2.0
-   Recruiting
-   Goals & Performance
-   Learning Management
-   People Analytics Reporting

**Mandatory Qualifications**

-   Meets the **seniority level** defined in the SaskPower Position Catalogue
-   Education credentials **verified by the vendor**
-   **No disqualifying criminal history**
-   Ability to complete **NERC Personnel Risk Assessment** if requested by SaskPower

**🌟 Nice-to-Have / Preferred Certifications & Qualifications**

These are **not required**, but will strengthen a candidate’s profile and score higher in evaluation.

**Preferred Certifications**

-   **WorkForce Software certification**
-   Certifications in **additional SAP SuccessFactors modules** beyond the mandatory list

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Exposure to or familiarity with:

-   WorkForce Software
-   SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)

-   Broader SuccessFactors suite experience supporting enhancements or integrations
