## Description

**The Fiction Hotel**, a luxury boutique hotel in Marousi, is looking for a passionate and service-oriented **Waiter / Waitress** to join our team.

We are looking for a hospitality professional who is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, has a genuine passion for food and beverage and enjoys working in a refined, guest-focused environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Welcome and serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
-   Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
-   Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding the menu, beverages, and daily offerings.
-   Ensure the restaurant and service areas are consistently clean, organized, and well presented.
-   Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service.
-   Handle guest requests and feedback with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
-   Follow hotel standards, service procedures, hygiene regulations, and safety guidelines.
-   Support the team in delivering a consistently high level of luxury hospitality.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in a waiter/waitress or similar F&B position, preferably in a 4\*/5\* hotel, luxury restaurant, or boutique hospitality environment.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail.
-   Good knowledge of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
-   Professional appearance and positive attitude.
-   Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-   Flexibility to work in shifts & weekends
