## Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for Senior Data Scientist with 8+ years of experience.

  
Responsibilities:

-   Lead complex, multi-stakeholder requirements workshops
-   Perform model hosting assessment and define optimisation actions (compute, storage, runtime)
-   Implement agreed optimisation actions based on functional behaviour; produce before/after performance evidence
-   Define validation approach to support integrated testing and BRT/UAT readiness
-   Maintain model documentation and evidence artefacts for governance and support.

Skills/Experience:

-   Min 8 years DS/advanced analytics delivery, in Oil & Gas/LNG industry

-   Hands on delivery experience covering

-   Multiple inter‑dependent mathematical optimisation models handling capability
-   non‑linear constraints and/or objectives that materially affect feasibility or optimality
-   structured iterative cycles, including but not limited to: pre‑feedback optimisation runs, feedback or convergence runs to stabilise outputs and incorporation of physics‑based constraints

-   Experience in handling complex data science models, handling soft and hard technical and operational constraints 
-   Experience supporting advanced analytics models in production environments 
-   Experience with Python and R -based modelling and analytics environment

Familiar with cloud-hosted execution on AWS and ALNG runtime stack (Python/Node/PostgreSQL)
