We are currently seeking energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented university students to join our team as **Human Resources (HR) Interns** and **Marketing Interns**.

### Responsibilities

### Marketing Intern

-   **Content Creation:** Draft engaging social media captions and promotional marketing collateral.
-   **Digital Media Management:** Monitor social media channels, respond to audience engagement, and assist in maintaining online brand presence.
-   **Design & Asset Production:** Create basic graphics and video assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing apps.

### Human Resources Intern

-   **Recruitment Support:** Assist in screening candidate applications, organizing applicant tracking pipelines, and scheduling interview sessions.
-   **Onboarding Support:** Help prepare welcome kits, organize orientation schedules, and compile employee onboarding documentation.
-   **HR Operations:** Assist with day-to-day administrative duties, document filing, and confidential record management.

## Requirements

-   Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing or a related field.
-   Required to complete **500 hours of On-the-Job Training (OJT)** as part of the academic curriculum.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
-   _For Marketing applicants:_ Basic knowledge of design or video tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut) is an advantage.
-   Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and a high respect for confidentiality (especially for HR)
