## Description

**Copthorne Tara** is seeking a **Doorman** who will be responsible to create a welcoming, efficient, and secure environment for guests. This role combines customer service, safety, and logistical responsibilities to enhance the overall guest experience.

**The Doorman Key Responsibilities will include:**

-   To be outside the hotel to greet and open doors for incoming and outgoing guests and clients in a friendly and courteous manner.
-   To offer directions and information to guests and clients of the hotel.
-   To hail taxis for guests and clients of the hotel as and when required.
-   To open vehicle doors for guests and clients on arrival at the hotel.
-   To take luggage out of taxis etc. for guests in a courteous manner.

**The Experience & Qualifications for Doorman:**

-   Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Excellent written/verbal communication and the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization.
-   Confident individual who is adept in prioritising and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
-   Ability to take the initiative and deal with unexpected situations and last minute changes.
-   Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data.

**The successful candidate will be:**

-   Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, resourceful with excellent attention to detail
-   Demonstrate excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills with the customers and other hotel departments
-   Team worker
-   Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment

The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is an elegant contemporary 4-star hotel in prestigious Kensington, located two minutes’ walk to High Street Kensington Underground station, making exploring easy. The hotel offers well-appointed and comfortable guest rooms combining Standard, Superior and Club accommodation. Club rooms offer iconic views over the city and include Club Lounge access for complimentary breakfast and refreshments.
