## Description

### About the role

**Family Office** is looking for a motivated finance professional to be responsible for ensuring accurate financial operations, timely reporting, and support to the Financial Controller with basic financial controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions.  

### Responsibilities

Financial accounting, reporting and controls, including:

-   Accounting operations for several companies across different jurisdictions:

1.  Monthly financial reporting;
2.  Supporting and maintaining basic financial controls;
3.  Assisting in external audits.

-   Prepare and review regulatory reports in collaboration with external advisors.
-   Prepare consolidated management reports on a monthly basis (together with Financial Controller and Head of Finance).
-   Respond promptly to finance-related questions and requests from the CEO and the team

### Requirements

-   2–3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance, incl. IFRS.
-   Experience in BIG-4 is highly preferred.
-   ACCA (papers F1-F3) is an advantage.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Fast learner, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
-   Able to manage external consultants and legal advisors effectively.
-   English -- Upper-intermediate or higher.
-   Russian -- Upper-intermediate.
