## Description

We are looking for an **AI Motion Designer / AI Video Designer** who can build high-quality marketing and promotional videos using modern AI-powered creative workflows.

This is not a traditional Motion Designer role focused solely on After Effects, and it is not a simple video editing position.

We are looking for someone who can own the entire AI-driven video production process — from concept and visual direction to scene generation, editing, final assembly, and content adaptation across multiple channels.

You should have a strong visual sense, understand marketing objectives, and be able to produce engaging videos quickly and efficiently.

### Responsibilities:

-   Create marketing and promotional videos for GoMining products and campaigns.
-   Produce advertising creatives and promo videos using AI-powered video generation tools.
-   Generate scenes, transitions, footage, characters, environments, and product-focused visuals using AI.
-   Assemble final videos including:

-   storytelling and structure
-   pacing and rhythm
-   music and sound design
-   typography and motion graphics
-   subtitles and text overlays

-   Adapt content for different formats and platforms:

-   Paid advertising
-   Social media
-   Reels
-   Shorts
-   X
-   YouTube
-   Product and app promotions

-   Create videos for marketing campaigns, product launches, explainers, growth initiatives, and performance marketing.
-   Explore and test new AI tools and workflows to improve production speed and quality.
-   Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to build an AI-first video production pipeline.

## Requirements

-   Experience in motion design, video production, or video editing.

-   Strong experience with AI video tools such as:

-   Runway
-   Kling
-   Pika
-   Luma
-   Midjourney
-   Nano Banana
-   ElevenLabs
-   Suno / Udio
-   or similar platforms

-   Ability to create controlled, production-ready outputs through prompting rather than random AI generation.
-   Strong editing skills using:

-   After Effects
-   DaVinci Resolve
-   Premiere Pro
-   or similar tools

-   Experience working with typography and text in video.
-   Strong understanding of:

-   composition
-   pacing
-   motion
-   framing
-   visual storytelling

-   Ability to create videos that achieve marketing objectives, not just look visually appealing.
-   Ability to independently take a brief from concept to final delivery.
-   Strong visual taste and awareness of modern digital trends.

### **Nice to Have**

-   Experience in crypto, fintech, technology, gaming, or Web3 products.
-   Experience creating performance marketing video ads.
-   Experience producing product explainer videos.
-   Experience working with AI-generated characters, environments, and cinematic scenes.
-   Understanding of branding and working within established visual systems.
