Assistant Property Manager - Punta Gorda, FL

Athos Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a **Assistant Property Manager in Punta Gorda, FL.** The Assistant Property Manager helps manage the day-to-day operations of the community, with a focus on accounts receivable, collections, reporting, leasing, customer service, and renewals. Candidate must be energetic, professional, personable, analytical, and a service oriented leader.

## Requirements

**Responsibilities/Requirements include:** 

-   Provide exceptional customer service  
-   Show apartments, explain models and pricing, close the sale, and process rental applications accurately and in a timely manner 
-   Collect rents & post in AMSI system, lead collection efforts to maximize income 
-   Assist in marketing efforts, including organizing and creating resident functions, newsletters and events 
-   Ensure leasing office, tour path, model and vacant apartments, amenities, and general curb appeal of community is clean and presentable 
-   Assist the Property Manager with compiling reports 
-   Oversee active marketing campaigns, conduct market analysis, and prepare market surveys
-   Lead others and work as a team 
-   2 years leasing experience preferred 
-   1 year customer service experience preferred 
-   Entrata experience beneficial
