## Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary **General Manager** to lead the opening and successful operation of a **new luxury hospitality project in Paros**.

This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality professional with a proven track record in luxury hotel operations, pre-opening projects, and team leadership to shape an exceptional guest experience from the ground up.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead all aspects of the hotel's pre-opening and operational activities.
-   Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve financial and operational goals.
-   Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
-   Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams across all departments.
-   Oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue performance, and cost control.
-   Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
-   Build strong relationships with guests, local partners, and stakeholders.
-   Collaborate closely with ownership and corporate teams to deliver the project's vision and objectives.
-   Drive continuous improvement in service quality, operational efficiency, and guest experience.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a luxury hotel or resort.
-   Proven experience in hotel pre-opening projects will be considered a strong advantage.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
-   Strong financial and commercial acumen.
-   Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
-   Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek and additional languages will be considered an asset.
-   Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
