## Description

### About Realtime Robotics

Realtime Robotics is transforming industrial automation through advanced robotics software that dramatically accelerates robot programming, deployment, and optimization. Our technology enables manufacturers, line builders, and automation providers to design and deploy robotic systems faster and more efficiently than ever before.

Having established ourselves as a technology leader in the automotive manufacturing sector, we are entering a critical phase of growth focused on expanding enterprise adoption among global automotive OEMs and industrial manufacturers worldwide.

We are looking for an exceptional Vice President, Sales & Marketing to lead our global commercial organization through this next stage of growth.

### The Opportunity

The Vice President, Sales & Marketing will report to the CEO and will own Realtime Robotics' global commercial strategy and revenue growth while personally leading some of the most important customer opportunities in company history.

This is a highly hands-on executive role. You will be expected to build the commercial organization, establish the operating discipline required to scale, and personally engage with senior leaders at the world's largest automotive and industrial companies.

A central measure of success will be helping Realtime Robotics secure our next six major automotive OEM enterprise agreements while establishing the repeatable sales, marketing, and customer engagement model needed to accelerate growth beyond those initial wins.

You will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to shape our market strategy, work with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into product priorities, and build a commercial organization capable of supporting significant global growth.

This is an opportunity to join a technology company at an inflection point and help define how a new category of robotics software is brought to market.
