## Description

Do you speak Danish fluently and enjoy helping people solve problems? We’re looking for **Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives** to join the **Dyson team**. You’ll support customers of a global tech brand, providing solutions via chat, email, and phone, while delivering an outstanding service experience.

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Assist customers in Danish across phone, chat, and email
-   Resolve inquiries accurately and professionally
-   Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
-   Escalate issues when needed and document interactions clearly
-   Work with your team to improve processes and workflows
-   Follow company guidelines and internal procedures

## Requirements

-   Fluent Danish (spoken and written)
-   Strong English skills
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
-   Detail-oriented and empathetic
-   Comfortable using Windows OS, MS Office, and online tools
-   Team player with the ability to work independently
-   Experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
-   Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
