**Internship Overview**

As a People & Organisation Intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a purpose-driven, global organisation, contributing to initiatives that shape talent and culture across the Asia region. For this role, we are looking for an outstanding individual who is collaborative, organised and thinks out-of-the-box.

Your core tasks will include:

-   **Talent & Development**

-   Support the development and execution of Learning & Development roadmaps and plans. 
-   Contribute to regional talent mapping and succession initiatives.

-   **Recruitment Support**

-   Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
-   Provide input on candidate selection.
-   Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system.

-   **Employee Journey**

-   Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
-   Help design resources for future onboarding.

-   **HR Administration**

-   Provide administrative support on HR-related documentation.

-   **Employee Engagement**

-   Participate and assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities.

-   Other HR-related activities as assigned, based on organisational needs and your interests.

## Requirements

**Professional & Personal Qualifications**

We are looking for candidates who are currently enrolled in either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree/MBA programme in any discipline with strong academic results and demonstrate the following:

-   A keen interest in a career in HR.
-   A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
-   Strong planning, follow-up, and organisational skills.
-   A proactive and hands-on approach, demonstrating meticulousness and accountability.
-   Effective communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying seniority levels.
-   Capable of managing multiple tasks and competing priorities within tight deadlines.
-   Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office, Outlook, search engines and recruitment databases.

We are offering a full-time internship with a minimum duration of 6 months depending on your availability. Our preferred starting date is **1 June 2027**. Please state your availability clearly in your application (start date and end date).
