## Description

**Intetics Inc.**, a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Salesforce Consultant** to join our dynamic team on a **part-time basis**.  
  
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Salesforce Consultant with a strong business analysis background and a proven ability to deliver impactful CRM solutions.  
  
**Responsibilities:**  

-   Elicit, analyse, and validate business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders across business, IT, and management;

-   Translate business needs into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices;

-   Lead and coordinate the full implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment;

-   Ensure that delivered solutions provide measurable business value and meet defined objectives;

-   Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment;

-   Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities, architecture decisions, and CRM strategy;

-   Support continuous improvement of Salesforce applications and processes;

-   Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs and process descriptions;

-   Facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams and ensure long-term solution sustainability;

-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to project standards.

## Requirements

-   At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant;
-   Salesforce Certified Business Analyst;
-   Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management;
-   Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ecosystem;
-   Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions;
-   Familiarity with Salesforce implementation lifecycle and delivery methodologies;
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
-   Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
-   High level of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail;
-   Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international environments;
-   Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering business value;
-   English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
-   German proficiency at C1 level.

**Would be a plus:**

-   Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Tableau);
-   Proven project experience supported by references;
-   Ability to work in a client-facing role in an international environment;
-   Willingness to participate in on-site activities when required.
