**Position Details**

**Location:** Winchester, VA  
**Position Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $90,000-$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Director for an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Winchester, VA. This role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who wants to take on a larger leadership role while continuing to make a direct impact through patient care.

In this position, you will help lead the clinic’s daily clinical services, support the therapy team, and ensure patients receive clear, goal-based treatment. Your work will help patients improve mobility, regain strength, manage pain, and return to daily routines with better function and confidence.

**Responsibilities**

-   Perform patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
-   Provide direct outpatient physical therapy treatment
-   Oversee daily clinical services and patient care flow
-   Support therapists and staff with treatment planning and clinical questions
-   Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
-   Review documentation for accuracy, completion, and compliance
-   Help maintain an organized, professional, and patient-focused clinic setting

## Requirements

-   Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
-   Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
-   Outpatient physical therapy experience required
-   Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
-   Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
-   Ability to lead with clear communication and sound judgment
