**Experience:** 5–10 Years  
**Domain:** Banking / Oracle Banking

We are looking for a **Flexcube Functional Business Analyst** with 5–10 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE and related Oracle Banking products. The candidate will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and testing teams across implementation and support activities.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct **product demonstrations, requirement gathering, workshops, and business process discussions**.
-   Analyze business requirements and perform **fit-gap analysis** against FLEXCUBE, OBPY, and Oracle Banking Party capabilities.
-   Participate in **functional solution discussions** and recommend suitable product/configuration solutions.
-   Prepare **BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, business rules, and functional scenarios**.
-   Define **data migration processes**, source-to-target mapping, transformation requirements, and validation.
-   Support **SIT, UAT, regression testing**, test case preparation, defect analysis, and resolution.
-   Address **customer queries** and provide functional clarifications throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Coordinate with development, integration, migration, and testing teams to ensure successful implementation.
-   Support **post-implementation / production issues** and functional troubleshooting when required.

### Required Skills

-   5–10 years of experience as a **Functional BA / Functional Consultant** in Banking.
-   Strong functional knowledge of **Oracle FLEXCUBE**.
-   Good exposure to **OBPY and Oracle Banking Party**.
-   Experience in **requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional solutioning, and documentation**.
-   Hands-on experience with **data migration, mapping, and testing activities**.
-   Good understanding of **SIT, UAT, defect management, and functional validation**.
-   Strong customer-facing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work effectively with business, functional, technical, and testing teams.

**Preferred:** Experience in Oracle Banking implementations, upgrades/migrations, banking integrations, and Agile/Waterfall project environments.
