## Description

We are hiring a Tender Specialist / Estimation Engineer to join our team in the construction industry.

## Requirements

\- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

\- 5–8 years of experience in Tendering, Estimation, and Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.

\- Strong experience in preparing Technical & Commercial Tender Submissions.

\- Excellent knowledge of Quantity Take-off, BOQ, and Cost Estimation.

\- Experience in analyzing Tender Documents, Drawings, Specifications, and Contracts.

\- Ability to prepare detailed Material, Labor, Equipment, and Subcontractor Cost Estimates.

\- Strong knowledge of Construction Methods and Pricing.

\- Experience in obtaining and analyzing Supplier & Subcontractor Quotations.

\- Ability to prepare Tender Comparison Sheets and Commercial Analysis.

\- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and relevant engineering software.

\- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

\- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight tender deadlines.
