**Real Estate Agent – Investor Loan Referral Partner (Commission-Based, Remote)**

Your investor clients already need financing, and right now someone else gets paid when that loan closes. As an **Investors Equity Group** referral partner, you earn on the loan closing as well as the sale.

**IEG** provides business-purpose loans for investment properties: fix-and-flips, rentals, and portfolio deals. We work with investors that banks turn away or can't close for fast enough, so financing stops being the reason your deals fall apart.

This is a referral partnership that runs alongside your current real estate business. It isn't a W-2 job, and you stay with your brokerage.
