## Description

Looking for an Experience Candidate for HW Testing and Maintenance who can lead the EOL Testing and Maintenance team at Maxwell and work out of our Aurangabad office.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Understand and maintain the current of EOL, FCT, and ICT.
-   Write the test case for the FCT and EOL of the upcoming electronic products.
-   Develop/work with external supplier for architecture of the test fixture.
-   Analyze and design test systems as per system requirements and component specifications.
-   Define and develop FCT and EOL testing protocol sequence and hardware connections.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of product improvements.
-   Support resolving functional and production issues while driving cost

-   You will be involved in all the different stages of testing - from the Design Verification Plan to End Of Line Testing at the Start of Productions
-   You will be responsible for designing and developing automated test fixtures to be used for End-Of-Life testing
-   Automate testing processes using languages such as Python, LabVIEW etc.
-   Ensure timely commissioning of testing equipment and jigs
-   Support the Production team with the technical support needed
-   Develop and maintain CANView SW based on requirements from AE Team.
-   Maintenance of Test masters - FCT, EOL
-   Participated in part selection efforts for product components.
-   Coach Junior team members on the FCT/EOL development and maintenance.

### Must-Have Requirements:

-   Min. 5+ years of HW EOL Testing and Maintenance along with Labview Development.
-   Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
-   Previous experience of working with automotive electronics products is a bonus.
-   Experience of using any Programming environments such as LabVIEW / Python is a plus.
-   Ability to read and understand complex electronic circuit diagrams.
