**Customer Care Specialist - Listowel**

**About the Role**

Here at Kinisla, we're currently recruiting for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team at the Listowel. In this role, you will be key to improving customer service quality and efficiency while driving continuous improvement initiatives.  
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships with customers. In this key role, you will manage customer accounts, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. You will also provide commercial support and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.

**What will I be doing?**

-   Deliver professional, timely, and effective communication to customers.
-   Manage all aspects of account administration, including handling customer queries and coordinating information flow between departments.
-   Process customer orders and requests in line with company procedures, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
-   Resolve service issues by clarifying concerns, identifying root causes, proposing solutions, and escalating when required.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective account management.
-   Keep your knowledge of products, customers, processes, and suppliers up to date.
-   Collaborate closely with supply chain, commercial teams, working with your Supervisor or Manager to enhance customer service.
-   Adapt proactively to evolving business needs.

**What do I need to be successful?**

-   Third‑level qualification required.

-   Additional language skills (French, German, or Spanish) are an advantage but not essential.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
-   High attention to detail with strong organisational, analytical, problem‑solving, and administrative abilities.
-   A team player with a keen desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
