**Autism Support Specialist (Teens & Adults)** 

**Private Pilot | Home & Community‑Based** 

**Part‑Time (with long‑term growth opportunity)**

We are building a small, trusted support team to work one‑on‑one with autistic teens and adults in their homes and community environments.

This is a private pilot phase, initially supporting friends and family, with the goal of growing thoughtfully and responsibly. We are seeking experienced, grounded professionals who value relationship, regulation, and real‑world independence.

**What You’ll Do:**

-   Provide 1:1 support in home and community settings
-   Support regulation, communication, daily routines, and independence
-   Accompany individuals on community outings (errands, activities, appointments)
-   Collaborate respectfully with families as needed
-   Maintain a calm, dignity‑first presence during anxiety or sensory overload
-   Work independently with strong professional judgment

## Requirements

-   Minimum 2 years of experience working with autistic teens or adults
-   Comfortable working independently in homes and public settings
-   Emotionally regulated, patient, and reliable
-   Strong communication skills
-   Seeking long‑term growth, not short‑term hours

**Preferred (Not Required):**

-   Background in ABA, OT, SLP, Special Education, Psychology, or related fields
-   Experience with sensory regulation, executive‑function support, or AAC
-   Interest in mentorship, training, or leadership over time
