**Physical Therapist – $80K–$90K + Full Benefits**

We’re recruiting an **Orthopedic Physical Therapist** who already has outpatient experience and is comfortable managing a varied caseload.

The role involves seeing patients through different phases of recovery. Early treatment may focus on basic mobility and pain-limited movement. Later visits may include heavier strengthening, balance work, endurance, or preparation for work and recreational activity.

Your clinical decisions will guide when treatment should progress, change, or conclude.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Assess patient movement and musculoskeletal function
-   Review relevant medical history and current limitations
-   Determine treatment priorities for each case
-   Establish measurable therapy goals
-   Provide progressive orthopedic rehabilitation
-   Select exercises appropriate to the patient’s stage of recovery
-   Reevaluate function at appropriate intervals
-   Adjust treatment when improvement stalls or needs change
-   Teach patients how to continue appropriate activity independently
-   Maintain compliant patient records

## Requirements

-   Current **Physical Therapist License**
-   **DPT Degree or MSPT Degree**
-   **Outpatient physical therapy experience required**
-   Knowledge of orthopedic treatment methods
-   Ability to manage patient care independently
