### Ace Handyman Services North Seattle is Hiring a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator!

**Location:** Seattle, WA  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time | W-2  
**Pay Rate:** $25–$30/hour

### Overview

Ace Handyman Services North Seattle is looking for a dependable and organized Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and can confidently manage scheduling, customer interactions, and office coordination without constant supervision.

You’ll play a critical role in supporting customers, coordinating schedules for craftsmen, and ensuring day-to-day workflows stay organized and efficient.

### Responsibilities

-   Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages professionally
-   Assist customers with scheduling services quickly and accurately
-   Manage and coordinate schedules using ServiceTitan
-   Keep technician schedules organized and optimized
-   Enter and maintain accurate customer and job information
-   Follow up on leads, estimates, and upcoming appointments
-   Support daily office and administrative operations
-   Prioritize tasks and maintain workflow independently
-   Coordinate multiple jobs and schedule updates throughout the day
-   Deliver excellent customer service while solving scheduling challenges

## Requirements

### Must Have

-   1–3+ years of customer service, administrative, or scheduling experience
-   Strong communication and phone skills
-   Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
-   Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
-   Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
-   Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
-   Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

### Nice to Have

-   Scheduling or dispatch experience
-   Experience in home services or trades industries
-   ServiceTitan experience
-   Experience handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
