## Description

**Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a fast-paced, hands-on team?** Burch Recruitment is looking for a reliable and hardworking **Warehouse Operative** to join a thriving operation in Slough

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Loading/unloading deliveries with care
-   Checking items for damage or missing parts
-   Moving stock to storage or dispatch areas
-   Picking and scanning orders using hand-held scanners
-   Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
-   Following health & safety and manual handling procedures
-   Supporting efficient daily operations

**What We’re Looking For:**

-   Great teamwork and communication skills
-   Strong attention to detail
-   Flexible and organised approach
-   Forklift licence (FLT) is a bonus

**Details:**

-   **Job Type:** Permanent
-   **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekend availability
-   **Location:** In person – Slough
-   **Benefits:** Company pension, free on-site parking

**Please Note:** Pay will be issued two weeks after the work has been completed. Payments will then continue weekly, maintaining a two-week delay between work completed and payment received.
