## Description

### **Position: Software Engineer**

**Job Type: Full-Time, Remote**

**Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)**

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems to meet business requirements.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
-   Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
-   Identify and fix bugs, perform code reviews, and optimize application performance.
-   Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
-   Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
-   Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
-   Strong knowledge of Monday.com
-   Coding experience
-   Experience with software development frameworks and tools.
-   Good understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
-   Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team.
-   Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
