## Description

Save More Marketplace is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Case Meat Lead to join our team during the 10 AM to 6 PM shift. As the Service Case Meat Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of the meat service case, ensuring quality products and excellent customer service.

### Responsibilities

-   Manage the service case by preparing, cutting, and packaging meat products according to store standards.
-   Ensure that all meat products are attractively displayed, properly labeled, and comply with safety and sanitation regulations.
-   Assist customers with their meat selections, providing expert advice and recommendations.
-   Coordinate inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking meat products.
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat department and adhere to food safety guidelines.
-   Train new team members and support ongoing staff development.
-   Collaborate with management to achieve departmental and store goals.

## Requirements

-   Strong knowledge of meat cuts, processing, and food safety standards.
-   Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-   Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-   Capability to work the 10 AM to 6 PM shift, including weekends and holidays as needed.
