## Description

NeoWork is looking for a PR & Communications Manager who can help drive earned media, strategic communications, and client account execution across a growing PR agency. This is a hands-on role for someone who can write well, pitch effectively, manage client accounts, and bring sound PR judgment to both proactive campaigns and sensitive communications moments. The person in this role will work closely with senior team members to keep client work moving, turn ideas into clear communications, support earned media execution, and take greater ownership where appropriate. The day-to-day responsibilities will evolve as client needs shift, so this role is best suited for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable moving between strategy, execution, and account support.

**What You'll Do**

**Earned Media**

Bring hands-on media relations experience and a proven track record of generating real, earned editorial results across U.S. and/or LATAM markets. This should be true editorial coverage, not sponsored content, paid placements, or advertorials. You should know how to identify strong story angles, pitch journalists, follow up consistently, and help convert ideas into meaningful coverage.

**Writing & Content Development**

Write clearly and strategically across PR and communications formats, including press releases, pitches, bylined articles, op-eds, executive and brand messaging, campaign copy, and client updates. Experience writing financial services or tech-related content is a plus. Social media experience is relevant only when it supports campaign amplification, executive visibility, or client communications — it is not a standalone priority for this role.

**Client & Campaign Management**

Support and/or manage client accounts, campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams. Depending on the account, this person may serve as a primary or supporting point of contact for client communications, team calls, agendas, post-meeting wrap-ups, task follow-up, and organized workflows in Asana or similar tools.

**Crisis & Reputation Support**

Bring experience supporting crisis communications and reputation management, including drafting sensitive messaging, monitoring brand mentions, advising on tone and timing, and helping clients navigate higher-stakes situations with sound judgment and discretion. This requires more than writing under pressure — it requires knowing what to say, what not to say, when to escalate, and how to stay calm in sensitive moments.

**Monitoring, Reporting & OKRs**

Monitor media activity, track outreach and campaign progress, organize wins and open items, and translate PR execution into clear client-facing updates. This is an important part of our performance-oriented PR approach: helping connect day-to-day work to broader goals, KPIs, OKRs, share of voice, reputation trends, campaign momentum, and client value.

**Workflow & Project Coordination**

Keep multiple client workstreams organized and moving without constant oversight, using Asana or similar tools to track timelines, deliverables, tasks, and follow-ups. Strong organizational skills are important, but they should complement real PR judgment, media relations experience, and strong writing ability — not substitute for them.

- Native-level or C2-level English fluency is required, with a natural, polished writing and speaking style

- Strong judgment around messaging, reputation, and sensitive topics — knowing what to say, what to hold back, and when to escalate
- Ability to monitor media activity, track outreach, organize wins and open items, and translate PR progress into clear client-facing updates
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with Asana or similar project management tools
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments with limited oversight
