### The Role

We're looking for a **frontend-leaning full-stack engineer** who can own features end-to-end. Someone who obsesses over user experience, ships fast, and isn't afraid to jump into the backend when needed.

You'll work directly with our Head of Product and a senior backend engineer to build and refine our web applications. You'll talk to customers and the team, shape the roadmap, and see your work in production. This isn't a "ticket factory" role. We want high agency product engineers — people who care about _why_ we're building something, not just _how_ – then get things done.

### What You'll Do

-   **Build & ship features** — from concept to production, across the full stack
-   **Own the frontend experience** — create intuitive, performant interfaces that users love
-   **Collaborate with product & customers** — understand needs, propose solutions, iterate
-   **Use AI to move faster** — we expect you to leverage the latest AI dev tools and service to ship smarter, faster, and safer.
-   **Contribute to architecture decisions** — your input matters
-   **Support & mentor** — help teammates and occasionally assist with technical customer queries

## Requirements

**Must-haves:**

-   5+ years of professional software development experience
-   Strong frontend skills (React, TypeScript, modern CSS)
-   Comfortable working across the stack — you've touched backends, APIs, databases
-   Proven ability to ship features independently
-   Excellent communication — you can talk to engineers, product people, and customers
-   Fluent English (French, German, or Dutch is a plus)
-   BSc in a CS/IT/IS field required, MSc preferred but not mandatory.
