We operate 3 business segments: 1. **Corporate Secretary:** Automating the company incorporation, secretarial, filing, Nominee Director, mailroom and immigration processes via custom online robots and SleekSign.  We are the market leaders in Singapore with ~5% market share of all new business incorporations 2. **Accounting & Bookkeeping**: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service 3. **FinTech payments:** Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK.  We have around 500 staff with an intact startup mindset.  We have recently raised Series B financing off the back of >70% compound annual growth in Revenue over the last 5 years.  Sleek has been recognised by The Financial Times, The Straits Times, Forbes and LinkedIn as one of the fastest growing companies in Asia.   Backed by world-class investors, we are on track to be one of the few cash flow positive, tech-enabled unicorns based out of Singapore. ## Requirements We are looking for an Accountant that is excited about the below Mission and Outcome. **Mission: **Manage a portfolio of clients, own their accounting needs end-to-end, and deliver an experience they'll actually appreciate. You’ll work in a team with access to bookkeepers, the tax team and payroll to ensure you can focus on delivering a world-class customer experience. **Outcomes:** - Prepare year-end accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders - File corporation tax and VAT returns - Handle bookkeeping and personal tax where needed - Be the reliable, responsive voice clients trust **Must-have experience:** - AAT qualification minimum, 2+ years post-qualification experience - Solid working knowledge of UK GAAP, corporation tax, VAT - Proficiency with Xero (or ready to master it) - Track record managing year-end statutory accounts Behavioural fit is also important at Sleek, and we will be looking for candidates that have a proven track record of embodying the below attributes in their recent roles: **Ownership** — You see things through. You can cut through noise, make sound judgements, and find solutions that balance what the business, team, and customers actually need. ### **The interview process** The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish. Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role.    **Video Interview / HR Screening:** A ~30 minute interview with the Talent Acquisition Team. **Technical Round:** A ~ 90-minute technical deep dive with the hiring team covering your most recent roles and hands-on experience. **Final Round:** A ~45 minute session with our Country Manager where they will dive into some of your recent work situations to understand how you think and work. Three stages, typically wrapped up within 3 weeks.
