**Commercial Director**

**About the Role**  
The Commercial Director has full ownership of commercial performance and student recruitment delivery for Media Lab. The role is responsible for driving enrollments and revenue, working closely with Marketing to support commercial priorities, and ensuring excellence across sales, admissions, and alumni engagement.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on results, data-driven decision-making, and execution

**Job Description** 

**Commercial & Enrollment Performance**

-   Own and deliver enrollment and revenue targets across all programs
-   Lead sales and admissions operations during peak enrollment (June–October) and year-round pipeline generation
-   Manage forecasts, KPIs, CRM, and performance analytics to optimize conversion and growth
-   Lead, develop, and hold accountable sales and admissions teams
-   Manage agencies and partners, ensuring efficient and scalable commercial operations

**Student Recruitment & Experience**

-   Own the effective execution of the recruitment funnel from inquiry to enrollment
-   Oversee recruitment events, candidate communications, and admissions processes

**Alumni, Partnerships & Group Relations**

-   Build and grow a structured alumni network
-   Develop strategic partnerships and manage relationships within the Group and the wider market

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s a plus)
-   10+ years of senior commercial, marketing, or growth experience, ideally in education, media, or services
-   Proven track record of owning revenue and growth targets
-   Strong leadership, analytical, and execution skills
-   Results-driven, action-oriented, and comfortable operating in high-pressure environments
-   Excellent Greek and English
-   High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
