## Description

At Aerones, we build robots that climb the world's largest wind turbines - and we're scaling fast. Our technology is deployed across international markets, and we're looking for a Marketing Project Manager who can match our pace, tell our story, and help us show the world what's possible in renewable energy maintenance.

**This is a fixed-term position for 1.5 years -** a hands-on role at the intersection of content, campaigns, and events. You'll own a wide range of marketing activities - from trade show logistics to social media to digital advertising - and work directly with teams across the company to bring the Aerones brand to life.  
  

### What You'll Do

-   Plan and manage Aerones' participation in international trade shows, conferences, and industry events
-   Run our social media presence - strategy, content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis
-   Build and execute email marketing campaigns
-   Support the planning and production of both online and in-person events (webinars, exhibitions, filming)
-   Manage and maintain content across the company website
-   Plan and oversee digital advertising campaigns
-   Take on additional marketing tasks as the company and team grow

## Requirements

-   A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
-   At least 2 years of hands-on marketing experience
-   Proven ability to work with marketing tools and platforms
-   Excellent English - written and spoken
-   Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball

**Bonus points if you have experience using AI tools in your marketing workflow - we consider this a genuine advantage.**
