**Mental Health Counselor Supervisor**

**Location:** California  
**Pay:** $100/hr to $250/hr

**Job Summary**

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for qualified clinical supervisors in California to support associate and pre-licensed mental health professionals. This role is ideal for supervisors who enjoy helping clinicians grow through case consultation, documentation support, ethical guidance, and professional mentorship.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide clinical supervision to associate and pre-licensed professionals
-   Support case review, treatment planning, documentation, and ethical practice
-   Offer practical guidance for clinical growth and professional readiness
-   Follow California board supervision requirements
-   Maintain consistent and organized supervision records

## Requirements

-   Active California clinical license in good standing
-   Eligible licenses may include LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
-   Must be qualified to provide supervision under California board rules
-   Prior supervision experience preferred
