As a newly established Formula 1® team, we are setting our sights on making a lasting impact within the sport, and we are looking for creative, ambitious individuals to help shape our identity and share our vision with the world.

You will operate as a hands‑on creative who can take projects from concept through final production, designing everything from social media templates and campaign toolkits to event environments, signage, web assets, merchandise visuals, and presentation materials. You will ensure our brand is represented at the highest level in every fan‑facing and internal interaction.

- Design visually compelling assets for a wide range of channels, including social media, web, email, broadcast graphics, and digital advertising
- Create modular social media templates, toolkits, and content systems that enable high‑volume, fast‑turn production across race weekends and key campaign moments
- Develop experiential and environmental graphics for races and events, including signage, wayfinding, paddock and garage branding, hospitality spaces, and fan activations
- Support the design and evolution of website and app interfaces, ensuring cohesive visual language and alignment with brand standards
- Produce design documentation and production‑ready files for digital, print, large‑format, and on‑site fabrication, working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality and accuracy
- Design branded assets for internal and external usage that support the wider brand strategy, including presentations, internal communications, campaign recaps, and culture‑building materials
- Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Content, and Creative teammates to develop concepts and visual storytelling for campaigns and key calendar moments (launches, races, tentpole events)
- Continuously contribute fresh creative ideas that help build and evolve our visual identity, pushing motorsport and sports design conventions forward
- Deliver high‑quality design quickly in a fast‑moving, high‑pressure environment, managing multiple briefs and stakeholders simultaneously
- Work selected race weekends or key events as needed to support on‑site content capture, rapid design needs, and experiential delivery
