## Description

**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Location:** Blaine, MN  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000/year  
**Schedule:** Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**  
Provide therapy via telehealth to Minnesota clients while working within a predictable weekday schedule. You’ll focus on assessment, structured sessions, and consistent documentation.

**Responsibilities**

-   Deliver telehealth therapy sessions
-   Conduct assessments and diagnostic documentation
-   Create and maintain treatment plans
-   Document progress notes and treatment updates in EMR
-   Attend consults and clinical meetings
-   Follow risk and escalation procedures

## Requirements

-   Active Minnesota license: **LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT**
-   Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
-   Therapy experience preferred
-   Comfortable working fully remote
