## Description

Health Connect is where care starts with a conversation. We're the team people reach when they're looking for allied health support across the Proactive network, one of the country's largest allied health networks. Our job is to pick up, understand what someone needs, and help them get booked with the right care.

**About the role**

This is a phone-based role, and around nine in ten of your calls will be outbound. You'll be working warm leads — real people who've already put their hand up through our marketing, most funded through DVA and some through NDIS. It's fresh data every time, so you're never cold calling a stranger from an old list. The remaining part is inbound, and that side of the role is set to grow as we do.

We lead with service here, so there's no close ratio hanging over you and nothing riding on commission. You're on a set salary, paid weekly, which keeps your focus on the person on the line and getting them the care they need.

**What you'll be doing**

- Working warm leads from our marketing — mostly DVA, some NDIS — and helping people book that first appointment
- Speaking mainly with patients, and some days with clinicians or clinic owners across the Proactive network about the leads they want and how they'd like to receive them
- Aiming to book on the first call where it's the right fit, and running a considered three-day follow-up of calls and SMS where it isn't
- Handling 30 to 40 conversations a day at a natural, unhurried pace
- Keeping HubSpot tidy and up to date so nothing slips through
- Sharing what you're hearing on the phones with the marketing team so the leads keep improving

## Requirements

You don't need to come from hard sales. A strong service background works just as well — hospitality, care, reception or support, anywhere you've looked after people over the phone.

_Essential_

- Experience in a phone-based service, call centre or customer service role
- A warm, confident phone manner and genuine listening skills
- Resilience with outbound calling — the odd knock-back doesn't rattle you
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort working in a CRM, with careful and accurate data entry
- The discretion to handle sensitive conversations with empathy

_Desirable_

- A background or interest in health, medical or allied health
- Familiarity with funding pathways like DVA, NDIS, Medicare or private health
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM

## Benefits

- A set salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus super, paid weekly
- Warm leads only — the hard part of prospecting is already done
- No commission games and no pressure targets dressed up as KPIs
- A progressive, diverse team of 15 who back each other
- Based in our Mooloolaba head office, with Fortitude Valley an option and some hybrid flexibility once you're settled in.
