Remote Recruitment is hiring an **Appointment Setter** to support a UK-based sales team. Your role is simple but vital: connect with prospects, spark interest, and book qualified meetings for the senior sales team to close.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Reach out to prospects via phone and email to introduce the company's offering
-   Qualify leads based on set criteria and book meetings for the sales team
-   Follow up with contacts who haven't yet responded
-   Keep the CRM updated with all outreach activity and outcomes
-   Work towards daily and weekly booking targets

### What You'll Need

-   Experience in telemarketing, sales, or a phone-based customer role
-   A clear, friendly phone manner with strong spoken English
-   Resilience — comfortable with rejection and focused on the next call
-   Basic familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking
-   Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace

### What's on Offer

-   **Salary: R15,000 per month**
-   Full-time, permanent remote position
-   Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
