## Description

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payment Onboarding Specialist to join our growing Forex/Fintech team. If you have a strong understanding of payment onboarding processes, PSPs, and client support, this is your opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

✔️   Manage the onboarding and integration process for payment providers, merchants, and clients

✔️  Coordinate with PSPs, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding operations

✔️   Monitor and maintain onboarding documentation, compliance checks, and account setup processes

✔️   Handle payment-related issues, escalations, and follow-ups in a timely manner

✔️   Update and manage client records using CRM systems and payment tools

## Requirements

👨‍💻  Minimum 1 year of experience in Payment Onboarding

📈  Previous experience in the Forex Trading, Fintech, or Financial Services industry is required

📱  Strong knowledge of onboarding procedures, PSPs, payment gateways, and payment operations

🗣️ Excellent communication and coordination skills

🗃️  Hands-on experience using CRM systems and payment platforms/tools

💹  Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
