## Description

​\* Simple Staffing is hiring for this position on behalf of Leggett & Platt \*  

**What You'll Do**

-   Operate machinery
-   Monitor production processes and verify products meet quality specifications
-   Make machine adjustments as directed to maintain product quality
-   Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or process abnormalities
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-   Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams
-   Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
-   Perform additional duties as assigned by management

-   Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize product variations
-   Good attendance and reliability
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
-   Basic math and communication skills
-   Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
-   Strong teamwork and communication skills
-   Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules as needed
-   Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing production needs  
    

**Physical Requirements**

-   Frequently bend, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
-   Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
-   Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed
-   Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
-   Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
