**Student Success Advisor Opportunity at Tricoci University**

**Role Overview:**  
We are seeking a motivated Student Success Advisor to join our team. This role involves working closely with students to support their academic progression, address challenges, and encourage personal and professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and maintain positive and supportive relationships with students.
-   Provide one-on-one advising to guide students through academic and career decisions.
-   Monitor attendance and academic performance, identifying students who may need additional support.
-   Facilitate student access to resources and support services.
-   Collaborate with faculty to support at-risk students and develop intervention strategies.
-   Conduct orientation sessions and workshops to engage students.
-   Maintain accurate records documenting student interaction and progress.
-   Organize activities to promote student engagement and community involvement.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree preferred in education, counseling, or related fields.
-   Experience in student advising, mentoring, or related roles preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff.
-   Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Passion for helping students succeed and interest in the beauty industry.

_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $55,000 Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility._
