We are seeking an experienced and qualified **Consultant Oncology & Hematology** to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients with solid tumors and hematological disorders, while contributing to multidisciplinary treatment planning and high-quality patient outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage patients with a wide range of oncological and hematological conditions.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and supportive care.
-   Evaluate and manage hematological malignancies and solid tumors.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists.
-   Provide follow-up care, monitor treatment response, and manage treatment-related complications.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
-   Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Oncology, Hematology, or a relevant specialty.
-   Valid **DHA eligibility or license**, or eligibility to obtain one.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at Consultant level.
-   Strong knowledge of current oncology and hematology treatment protocols.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
