**About the Role**

Tenchi Security is looking for a **B2B Content Marketing Specialist** to join our Marketing team and help scale our digital content, brand presence, and demand generation efforts.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys transforming complex ideas into compelling content across multiple formats. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and subject matter experts to create content that strengthens our brand, educates our audience, and generates business impact.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, consistently delivers high-quality content, and uses data to continuously improve results.  

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Create and adapt high-quality B2B content for LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, landing pages, ebooks, whitepapers, lead magnets, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
-   Support SEO and AI-driven content discovery (AEO/GEO) through content creation, optimization, and performance analysis.
-   Monitor content performance, build reports, and optimize content based on insights and data.
-   Support podcast, PR, event, and brand communication initiatives.
-   Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and internal specialists to create thought leadership content, customer stories, and product-related assets.
-   Ensure consistency of Tenchi's tone of voice and messaging across all communication channels while managing multiple content projects simultaneously.

## Requirements

-   Experience creating content for B2B companies, preferably in SaaS or technology.
-   Excellent written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
-   Strong understanding of Content Marketing, LinkedIn, SEO, and AI-driven discovery (AEO/GEO).
-   Ability to quickly understand complex topics and translate them into clear, engaging, and high-quality content.
-   Data-driven mindset with experience monitoring content performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
-   Experience using AI tools to accelerate content production workflows.
-   Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
-   Curiosity and willingness to learn about cybersecurity, risk, and enterprise software.

**Nice to Have**

-   Knowledge of Cybersecurity.
-   Experience with HubSpot and Webflow.
-   Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
-   Spanish proficiency.
