Wati, the AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform for Revenue Growth.

We're looking for a Product Operations Manager to sit at the heart of our product organization — connecting strategy to execution, and making sure our product teams move faster, smarter, and with better insight. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves building systems, separating signal from noise, and enabling great product work at scale.

What sets this role apart: you'll be our internal champion for AI-powered ways of working. You'll identify where AI tools and workflows can meaningfully reduce toil, accelerate decision-making, and multiply what each PM can accomplish — then actually build and roll out those systems across the team.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-to-Market teams to drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle — from discovery through delivery and into post-launch learning.

**What you will do:**

- Own the rhythms of the product org - quarterly & annual planning, roadmap reviews, and cross-functional syncs, townhalls, leadership cadences  — and continuously improve how they run
- Identify friction in how product teams work and eliminate it: tooling, processes, templates, documentation, and anything that slows PMs down
- Build reporting infrastructure that keeps leadership informed on product performance, velocity & OKR progress — automating recurring reports wherever possible
- Use AI to synthesize customer feedback, support tickets, and research signals into concise insight briefs that reach the right PMs at the right time
- Own the product team's core toolstack (Heap, Figma, Userpilot, Notion, Productboard, etc.) including AI features and integrations, and establish a single source of truth for documentation and decisions
- Be the product org's resident AI expert — evaluating tools, building AI-powered workflows, and staying ahead of what's useful and what's hype
- Build and maintain a library of AI workflows, prompt templates, and playbooks that help PMs move faster across spec writing, research synthesis, competitive analysis, and ticket grooming
- Run training and onboarding to upskill PMs on AI-assisted ways of working, lowering the barrier to adoption across the team
- Act as the connective tissue between Product and GTM functions — managing the feedback loop and coordinating launch readiness with PMM and enablement teams

## Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in product operations, product management, program management, strategy & operations, or a related role
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and modern product practices (agile, continuous discovery, etc.)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a product or operational context — you don't just know what these tools are, you use them daily and have opinions about them
- Demonstrated ability to build and implement processes that stick — you're a systems thinker who also gets things done
- Comfort with ambiguity; you're able to identify the highest-leverage problem to solve without being told exactly what to do
- Excellent communicator — you can write clearly, run tight meetings, and influence without authority
- Analytical mindset; experience working with data and building dashboards or reports (SQL a plus)
- Proficiency with common product and PM tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence, Productboard, or similar)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred

**Nice to have:**

- Experience scaling a product organization through a period of significant growth
- Background in SaaS or platform products
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks and experience facilitating goal-setting processes
- Experience with launch operations or PMM coordination
- Exposure to building or managing AI-assisted workflows using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Glean, Notion AI, or similar
- Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) to connect AI capabilities into existing workflows
- Comfort with prompt engineering and a track record of building reusable prompt libraries or internal AI playbooks
